I hope you can you be of assistance to get me back on track.
With one of my project files, when I try to create disc in VS Pro X4 only option DD-J is highlighted.
When I try to select DVD or any of the other options, the project loads to 59% then the whole program freezes and the following dialogue box appears.
The program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning.
Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis.
C:\DOCUME~1\user\LOCALS~1\Temp\vstudio_14.0.0.342_20130216_144133.DMP
When I click on OK I get the message that the program needs to close and it just shuts down.
I am using Windows XP.
I have 12 other project files that I can create to disc without any problem.
Regards Norman

Re: Creating disc problem VS X4
Hello
It rather sounds as if you have a rogue video somewhere in the problem project - this problem can often be circumnavigated by introducing an extra step in your procedure.
With your project in the timeline instead of "Share >> Create Disc" - go to "Share >> Create Video File" and choose DVD - then choose one of the options which suits your project- now choose where to save it and give the new file you are about to create a unique name so that you do not mix it up with any other files. click save in that box to create a new video file.
Now close down VideoStudio - after a few seconds start VideoStudio again but do NOT open any projects - go straight to "Share >> Create disc" and when the window opens use the icons at top left to import your new video file - once that file is in the burn timeline see if you can create a disc.
