MVC data rate, how to raise it?

I am using VideoStudio X6.

I am rendering 3D videos using the MVC AVCHD codec.

The problem I have is that I want to render videos with greater than 20,000 kbps.

right now, when I use it as is, some of the videos look awful, large blocks all over the videos.

how do I change the bit rate? I have looked through all the options and see no option for chaning it.

while I am at it, I want it to be progressive, but it is set to upper field first.
