Acquired last week. Manual 'recommends' it to be installed in C drive.
My C drive have just enough space to accommodate the 5GB needed for VS Pro.x5
If this is not mandatory could it be installed in another drive with spare capacity? and expect the same level of performance.
Thanks

Re: VS Pro X5 Installation location
Several users have installed the main programme in other locations such as external drives etc. so that is not the main problem you will face.
If you only have 5Gb free on your hard drive I think you will experience real problems when editing and rendering videos.
can you not move some of the other files onto an external drive as well to make a bit more space on your main HDD.

Thanks Brian
My C drive is a mere 19.5 GB . I transferred only 'my document' files in the C drive to
my 1TGB external drive. I wonder what other files could be transferred from the C drive
without jeopardising the normal use of the computer
