UVS9 - service pack for the VS9 program & dvd burning en

Does anyone know when the service packs for VS9 program engine and DVD Burning engine will be available???

Judging from all the recent VS9 problems reported in the forum, what is Ulead waiting on to develop, test, and release the service packs???

Many of us have purchased the UVS9 from the retail shops, but frustration is the main gain and return from the product so far!!!

What problems? For those of us who strictly follow the procedures outlined in the top sticky post our problems are few and far between, if any at all.

I am very happy with UVS9. I don't need any service pack. VS8 was only around for one year and the improvements are considerable.

Keith
