unwanted window

Post by hwm333 »

My experience with PSPX5 has not been the best - continual shutdowns while in the middle of using it. I have gone back to X4. A real irritant is shown on the attachment. This unwanted window pops up every time I open X5 despite my have registered, reregistered many, many times. Somewhere in the Registry is the code which if found and deleted will stop this from happening, but where? The answer to my unwanted shutdowns may be in SP2, but when I attempt to run the download, I receive a message that I don't need any updates. How do I know if I'm running SP2? I am on 15.2.0.12. If I am, I still have the irritating and unwanted shut-downs.

You are up-to-date. The 2 indicates you have SP2.
PSPX9 | PSP2020 | PSP2021| PSP2022 | PSP2023 & PhotoMirage installed; PSPX | PSPX2 thru PSP2019 owned but not installed

Click on the small gears icon at the upper right and deselect all the notification options.
