Hi everyone I am new to this forum so apologies if this item as been covered already... I have searched but couldn't find an answer..... My problem is My PSP X2 stopped working so I tried a repair all to no avail ..I then tried removing it via windows add and remove which it said it had done ..I then tried reinstalling it But a message came on the screen saying I already had PSP X2 installed on my computer still??? so I did a search and nothing was found ..I then used Revo unistaller program which found I still had it on my computer and which removed it (according to Revo) and again I tried to do a fresh install only to yet again get the message I had PSP X2 installed ..So somewhere in my computer PSP resides ..Could someone please help me in Manually removing it please .. Hi derbyed
And welcome to the forums
I cannot really help directly, hopefully someone has downloaded the Clean-Up facility and can make it available for you.
Things you can try…
When you search the PC not all locations are shown unless you have selected to Show Hidden Files and folders.
How---Open any folder
Go to Tools-Folder Options—View—select Show hidden Files and Folders.
Now try another search.
Also try creating a new temporary User Account having admin rights.
Try installing the program using this account? If successful the program should run on your existing account, you can then remove the temp account.

See if this Corel knowlegebase article helps. It's for PSPX4, so you'll need to change some of the values to refer to X2:

When finished, use the Microsoft FixIt Center to remove the last traces of X2:
