It helps a little...I work for a company that has me doing 30 sec. trivia vids (12 total) & FLV format allowed me to have a small enough file size so when I put all my vids in 1 zip it was easily emailed in yahoo...all my vids are at 1280 x 720 & I don't want to sacrifice quality but I do need them as small in file size as possible. Any suggestions?

Have you actually tried out the WebM format suggested in that link? Share > Create Video File > Custom, then choose WebM as the format and click the Options button to customise. On the General tab, you can use the 'User defined' button to set the frame size to 1280 x 720...

And if you really need FLV as the final format, there are a number of video converters out there that will convert just about any format into other formats, including FLV. Two such are Format Factory and Freemake Video Converter. Both are freeware and can be easily found with a simple Google search.
