library downloads

I am using a trial version of PI 10
Windows XP
!.68 GHz, 512 Ram
1Mb cable modem
Library downloads appear to progress, but PI cannot find them after they have been installed. Example of error message (approx)"..cannot locate the file C\...\Programs\...\OBJS00bb.UFO (one of the path custom shapes;I have to draw them).
I click on "import", then look in the A1 files folder - there are no A1 files.

Did you use the Smart Download, which dosen't seem to work?

If you did, redownload your files from here: http://www.ulead.com/pi/esd.htm

If you didn't use Smart Download, and the download did not complete and install correctly, that means you have to do it all over again.
