I just purchased PSP X5. No restrictions, not an academic version. I'm a little confused about how many kinds of machines I can install it on. The booilerplate agreement says only one unless the software is (long list) including PSP and then it can be installed on a desktop, laptop and another machine. Am I reading this correctly...ie: it CAN be installed and activated on at least my laptop and my work machine?
Many thanks in advance..

Re: How many machines legal install?
1) Any computer that you own. If you don't own the computer it shouldn't be installed on it.
2) Can only use it on one computer at a time, you're on your honor here.
3) Activation limits do exist though I don't know what they are. Downloads need to be activated, supposedly Physical discs don't require activation.
So, if you can, it's always better to get the disc.

Re: How many machines legal install?
Thanks LeviF., Sounds right to me. I have the disk too and I install from that. I'll give an additional install on the Laptop a try and see how activation goes. No need to use both at the same time.
Appreciate your quick response.
