turning a photo into t-shirt art
how do you take a photograph and make it into artwork you can use on a t-shirt design? I guess I'm saying so that it looks like a drawing rather than a photo. currently I'm using PSPX2.

Lot of possible ways to do this. There is a script inside PSPX2 for making the photo look somewhat cartoonish. Color Sketch or Comic Line Art, I don't remember the name.
There are commands inside of PSP under the Effects menu for imitating art media like Black Pencil.

And I'm sure more methods than that.
