videostudio pro x5 Can't hear voiceover on Mobile Devices

Hi,

I produced a 4-track project which contains video, video-overlay, background music and a voiceover narration. I produced it in high-def.
Everything plays on a pc and on a tablet but when played on a mobile device the narration is not heard.

What am I not doing? I have made several projects this way and everytime I go to play the video on a cell phone you cannot hear my narration.
Please help.

What format is the video you have transferred to the cell phone? Can we assume you tested that specific clip on your computer before you transferred it?

Hi Ken,

Yes, I tested all videos and they play on computers and tablets but the narration is not heard on mobile devices.

Here is the format I am saving to in Videostudio X5: hdv1080i-60i (for HDV)

It would be so helpful to play my projects on a cellphone to my customers. Don't know why it's not playing on cell phones.

The format is HDV 1080i - 60i (for HDV)

I tested all videos on several computers and tablets and I can hear everything.
Tested several mobile devices and no voiceover--just video and background music.

Hi

I think it is associated with the Audio properties used with HD 1080

Try rendering your video using one of the MPEG4 options, maybe iPhone 4/iPad HD
