Floating Tool Options PSP X4

All of a sudden my X4 Tool Options started floating rather than the usual way to see and use them.

How do I anchor the Tool Options.

Double click the Floating Tool Options Title Bar.

Thanks - your idea didn't work. I fooled around and around with options. so now it is docked
but the text tool won't show any font options Trying to trouble shoot that now.

All the other tools are fine.

Now I have it all set--------the text options were hidden -
