I'm putting up this post to get input from other PSP X5 users who are having a problem with their Layers Pallette butons displaying the wrong icons. There have been two previous posts concerning this topic and the cause of this problem is UNKNOWN.

I'd like to see if we can get some input on this post from users who have experienced this problem and maybe our information could help the PSP developers pinpoint the cause of this bug.
Tell what you can about your situation. (I'm not a PSP developer or staffer, but a frequent PSP X5 user who just wants to help them out, and hopefully they will have a fix in a future release.)
Suggested information:
- Can you pinpoint what you were doing when your Layers button icons changed.
- What PSP color scheme were you using. (There was a problem in the past when using the Med Gray Workspace color would not allow all of the Histogram information to be displayed)
- What OS are you using.
- Any other information that you think could help them find some commonalities of this bug.
(A temporary fix that worked for me was to hold down the shift key when I clicked on the PSP X5 desktop icon to launch it, and then select "Reset Preferences". The correct button icons then displayed, but 5 minutes later they mysteriously switched back to the incorrect icons.)
