Unable to add svcd mpgs onto DVD Burn problem

Hi,

I am trying to add 3x 700mb mpg files (from a svcd) onto a dvd. I have go onto the share option and "added video". Problem is when i try to add the 2nd mpg VS9 just hangs (not responding). Any ideas why??

Have you tried adding the second file first to see if the file contents are causing the problem? Does UVS hang completely, does it crash and return to the Desktop, or is the system still going but there is heavy disk activity? How much RAM do you have?

It might be hanging, or apear to be hanging, because the SVCD mpeg files are not DVD compliant. They are mpeg1, DVD requires mpeg2 format.

Convert the files to DVD compliant format before you try to share them to DVD.
