Video Studio X5 - Corel Guide...

Post by 4einc »

So as you all know when you start up VSx5 you get the Corel Guide popping up, it says register, I've clicked on the register link a dozen times and it won't link up with my account...

For what it's worth I'm using
Windows 8
IE10

Hi

To be honest I don’t have much of a clue why this is happening, but things you can try

Are you able to log on to your Corel Account and register the software there, then try starting VS

Have you tried running the program As Administrator, right click the VS icon on the desktop and choose Run as Administrator.
