In searching the forum I have not found an affirmation that burning a movie project with menus to a BR-R disc using Create Disc | Blu-Ray can be done successfully in VS. Part of the reason seems to be that few people have a Blu-Ray writer, even though they have come down in price. It also may be the case that I missed something. There are lots of hits for bluray and though I have read many, I have not read every word of all of them. Also people report problems more than successes.
I am not interested in AVCHD.
I do see many people getting 5.0.0 or other errors. See

If the error is only in the burning, but the folders are good, then there are programs like ImgBurn that can write the folders to disc. Has Anyone done that?
It is possible to create Blu-Ray folders, but apparently there is no software that can read them. See
http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... 30#p270466
So, is anyone able to create Blu-Ray discs with menus that play in standard TV-set Blu-Ray players and on PCs using well-known players like PowerDVD or VLC? If so, what burner was used?
I would like to get a Blu-Ray burner but only if I can expect it to make Blu-Ray discs that work properly using VS 5, the version I am using.
Thanks.

I've done it using an LG blu ray burner, and VS.
