Template Error for 2-pass x264 vfw Encoding

I am trying to do 2-pass encoding on 640 x 480 Mjpeg.avi 30 fps clips using the free x264vfw codec. The first pass works ok. But when I change the codec config to Multi-pass, I get an error message when I click ok to save it. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks.

Make Movie Template General Tab:

Press Config, Setup x264 works ok:

Then Press OK Button on AVI Tab:
Get the Error Message Shown in Next Post (since there is a three image limit per post....)
