Help Please.
I have rendered the AVCHD video files (Full HD video) in Video Studio Ultimate X5, and under the "Share | Create Disc" option I created the files to Folder instead of burning directly to Disc as I wanted to save the "Folder" for future Blu-Ray disc burning if needed.
The question is, after the files are created in Folder what is the proper procedure to burn the "Folder" onto a Blu-Ray disc so that the disc will be playable in a Blu-Ray player?
Thanks

Re: How to burn Blu-Ray disc from Blu-Ray folder?
Personally, I use Nero, though there are a number of other programs out there that will do the job, including the freeware ImgBurn. The Roxio suite will also do it. Unfortunately, VS itself can create a Blu-Ray folder but not burn it to disc.
The only alternative, once you have made the folder and are satisfied with it, would be to reopen the same project, and go through the burning procedure again -- though you may have to rename any chapters in the menu as the names you originally assigned them may not have been saved. That appears to be a fault in VS.
Note also that there is a school of thought here that all you have to do is use Windows or any other burning program to simply copy the folder to a Blu-Ray disc. I have tried that once, but it didn't work, and Blu-Ray blanks are rather expensive over here, so it was not an experiment I wanted to repeat at the risk of creating expensive coasters...
