Can any one advise me on the best way to do the following :-
On an image of the sea and sky- I want to
Place a wavy line where the sea meets the sky
Have the sea beneath the line and the sky above it
Place text on the wavy line to follow its path

Re: Text on a path on an image in PSPro X5
You will have to start by creating a path with the pen tool, along the line you want the text to follow (make it thick, it is easier, and it will be removed later).
Activate the Text tool and hover the cursor on the path and you will see the cursor change to a tilted T. Click at that point.
Enter your text and adjust the color, font, size, alignment as you wish.
Apply.
In the Layer Palette, you will see that the path and the text are all on the same vector layer with a + beside.
Click on the + to display both objects.
HIde the path object.
You should have your text all on its own visible on your project. You can convert to raster at that point if you want.
I have a video on my site for free for another couple of weeks just on the Text tool. You might want to have a peek at it:

It is free, but you just have to register first (and registration is free too).
Good luck.
