Ok, so I installed X6 Ultimate successfully a couple of months ago. After testing Windows 8 again (to see if it's gotten any more user friendly) and reinstalling Windows 7 I tried to install X6 Ultimate once more.
I use my X6 Ultimate downloaded via my account on the Corel website, I use the serial-number from the same place, I see it's instaling the Ultimate addons, but when I open the Start menu everything says X6 Pro. The splash-screen says Ultimate but the program (once loaded) says Pro.
I've completely removed X6 twice now and attempted to reinstall it with no luck.
Anyone got any tips on what I can do to get access to Ultimate again?

FWIW, I have the same situation, but it doesn't matter. The ONLY differences between Pro and Ultimate are the splash screens at start-up and the Ultimate add-ons. The VS program itself is identical. Since you have the plug-ins happily installed and receive the Ultimate splash screen, carry on editing!!
