Simple Plugin not working in PSP9

Hi..i am having problems with my Simple plugin...it shows that it is in my plugins but when i click to open any of the effects nothing happens....i have all my .dlls i need in my system and system32 folders... all my other plugins work just my Simple isn't...I have reinstalled it many times and also my PSP9 and still nothing... i am using WindowsXP 64-bit .... Please can someone help me figure this out!!!!!
