Remove / filter verticale stripes from lights

Is there a good filter or other methode to remove verticale stripes from your video.
These stripes are excist by ligths in a dark surounding - like concerts. So they are already in the raw-material. I have no further fiteroptions on my camera (Panasonic TZ7) to prevent this.

I have tried to remove them by using the "FX Filter - Flash Remover". I see that the color of my video is changend and the stripes are less but still there.

Any better options available ?
