I am working on a holiday project - some 300-400 pics and am now getitng an error whenever I start Picture Show.
The error pops up while loading a project.
If I load any previous projects, this error also now appears.
I have upgraded ram in my system to 1GB and installed a new 250GB HD
Err is :
U32cfg - Unable to raed version info from DVDPS.EXE / Insufficnet memory or system resources.
System resources: Commit charge 302M/2464M
When I installed the 250GB drive, I did a fresh Wind XP install, so have re-installed DVDPS, thge patch and the free template.
Puzzled about this, as beofre I was also working with ACDC and other progs in background etc...
Thanks for any help
John

memory issue
try closing your other applications as it takes up some of your pc's memory, especially when you have more than 300 pictures. i hope this helps

re: Error on loading project file
You might want to try reinstalling PictureShow. There might be some corrupt files generated when you first installed the software. If it does not work, try again a second time. Sometimes it takes more than one try to get it (corrupt files might not be overwritten the first time).
