Corel VideoStudio Pro x6 trial wont install?!

I previously downloaded Corel VideoStudio Pro x6 trial version the other day, when i had started the setup for it it took forever for it to install so I cancelled the installation to try again. Everything goes normal until this pops up {pic included} and it wont go away no matter what i do, i tried deleting the file for VideoStudio Pro x6 in the program files, but even after that it still says the same thing and it never installed. what do i do to make it install and run the full set up without this happening again?

*NOTE*:and i forgot to mention (someone just mentioned this in a reply and i forgot to add) when i click remove it says that i can't remove anything because it hasnt been installed in the first pace

My guess is to click Remove in the bottom right. Then try to install from scratch again.

As the Remove option does not work then try the info from the Knowledge Base to remove the program.

Then re-install--Be patient when installing Video Studio, it does take a long time
