I need to reformat Windows 7. I Up Graded from PSP X4 to X5 with a down load. I do not have a X5 disk. When I reformat I will loose the program ( I Think) if I do, will I be able to down load X5 again with out being charged? If I can down load it again what do I have to do please.

Re: Reformatting Windows 7
Tell you what, if you still have the original download back it up somewhere. Flash drive, external harddrive, cloud storage, just somewhere.
If you don't, then no better time to find out if you can still download then now. Go to the email that Corel sent you, it should provide a download link. And try downloading now. Then backup that download for future use.

Re: Reformatting Windows 7
G'day LiviFiction,
I do not have the e-mail that I received from Corel I would have deleted it.
I know that it will be on file with Corel as I registered X5 as soon as I down loaded it.
I have re-installed Window 7 and am now putting programs back that I have disk for.
Cheers Perry
