I bought PSP XI back in 2008 and have had a great time using it. On occasion I have had to replace my computer and re-install it, which was never a problem before, with or without the disk. I lost the disk some time ago but was still able to download from your site and use the serial in my account. Last time I downloaded the program and used the serial number in my account, I was able to re-install on a new computer, but it's not working this time, as I have replaced my computer again. When I tried the option to connect to the internet and put in my email and password, it said I did not own the product, yet in my account it clearly says I do, as I remembered to register it when I first bought it. I am using an HP amd dual core with Vista Home Premium installed. The option to put in the serial is not coming up either. I need help to get the serial in the proper place so I do not lose the use of the program after 30 days since I downloaded the trial product from your site.
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
