The current version of Aftershot Pro does not list some jpeg files I made with Epson V750 scanner. I suspect that this is due to large size of the scans (typically 5375x8789, up to 20MB files in grayscale). Is there any limit on file size and/or number of pixels?
I also have to add that the support for Afteshot is pretty poor. I am not really tempted to pay for some one-time support ticket to tell Corel that their software does not work! Especially if it wasn't cheap in the first place.
Maximum file size?
