Are the following features in the full version:
1. Main menus where the backgrounds have motion.
2. Able to set the start point for motion menus.
3. Able to change the layout of menus

1 / The menu thumbnails can have video motion if you wish.
the main background is normally static with any image/template you wish, but you can select a video as the background, ( I have not tried this option yet)
2 / I think the start point defaults to the beginning of the video.
Runs for a preset time of your choice, (don’t know the max time)
3 / You can change the layout, add your own images / audio.
The customise menu templates allows up to 12 menu’ thumbnails.
you cannot drag the thumbnails anywhere, you have to use the presets.

If you're really intersted in DVD authroing, you should try-out DVD Workshop. It's not a video editor, so in most cases, you still need Video Studio or another editor.
