I originally thought I would revert to IE 8, I thought it was because I had switched to IE 10. But I did find somone who blamed it on IE 8, so at this point IE is no longer my default browser.
Windows 7 Pro 64-bit on my home computer with IE 10. often when I click on a video or a link on a web page, the attached jpeg comes up, the window turns black and I have to use Task Mgr to kill IE. So until I get to the bottom of this FF is my browser.
I even went to the ulead.com site, but that was not very helpful.
Is it malware or a virus? MSE and Malwarebytes Pro up to date and frequent scans.

Re: IE 10 Not Working Due to Ulead MP3 codec X3 or X5?
I finally was able to completely remove Corel's PaintShop Photo Pro X3 using the X3 uninstaller: CDS_2010-Clean-Up_ver1.9.exe at corel.force.com. And following the other information for deleting folders and registry. IE works once again.
My concern is this, if I re-install X3 will the issue return? Or will and upgrade to X5 correct this issue?
Has anyone else experienced this?
Anyone??
