FWIW, I have X7 Ultimate 64 bit on a computer with Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit cleanly installed i.e. it was a virgin hard disk, and I bought 8.1 rather than 8 and then upgraded it. All four proDAD plug-ins work just fine. I have tested them all, including the Script plug-in which I had never used before.
But I have to add that I had never had any trouble with the other three running in X6 on a Win 7 64 bit machine either...

Re: proDAD bundle w/Video Studio X6
Thank you very much for your quick reply, Ken,
I never had any trouble using the CVS X6 ProDAD plug-ins in Win 7 X64. The problem appeared only from the moment I upgraded to Win 8 x64 and later to Win 8.1 X64. But your positive experience of CVS X7 in Win 8.1 is good news for me. I will upgrade to CVS X7 tomorrow because in Belgium it is quite late now. I will keep you informed.

Alstublieft -- ou soyez le bienvenu, depending on where in Belgium you live! (I spent a couple of years in Brussels earlier this century, and have visited many times...) Well, I hope that your problem does not arise from something left over from Win 8 when you upgraded to 8.1. That why I made the point that my Win 8.1 was a clean install on a virgin hard disk...

Re: proDAD bundle w/Video Studio X6
Ken, a short message to confirm that all the ProDAD plug-ins are eventually working well in CVS X7 Ultimate. It's a pity they never did in CVSX6.
It's nice to read that you spent a few years in Brussels and remembered some Flemish (Dutch). "Alstublieft" means "please" in English and "s'il vous plaît " in French. "Bienvenue" in French means "Welcome" in English and "Welkom" in Flemish.
By the way, for those, like me, who have Intel 4000 HD integrated graphics : The latest driver which was included in the latest Microsoft optional updates crashes CVS X6 and CVS X7 when importing some .mts files, in particular those whith ReFrames 4.
So, if you experience a crash when trying to import such files, just roll back from driver ver. 10.18.10.3412 to 10.18.10.3379 and everything will work fine. Took me almost half a day to find the solution.

Re: proDAD bundle w/Video Studio X6
That's interesting. My strong recollection was that when I said Dank U to people, they would reply "Alstublieft" implying 'You're welcome". And the Dutch people who own a Dutch shop not far from my home here, say the same thing in the same context..."Alstublieft" means "please" in English and "s'il vous plaît " in French.
I see from a quick Google search that it has this 'welcome' meaning in a very polite context: http://www.stevenroyedwards.com/alstubl ... endum.html
But then again, maybe this is one of the differences between Dutch and Flemish???

Re: proDAD bundle w/Video Studio X6
You are right. "Alstublieft" can have the three translations referred in your link but in Belgium, it means most of the time "please" (S'il vous plaît). In Belgium "You're welcome" would be translated most of the time by "Graag gedaan" and in French by "Je vous en prie".
And you are also right when you suspect there may be differences between Flemish and Dutch. Although they share officially the same language, for some Flemish people Dutch is like a foreign language. But then it is the same between English and American. I suppose there are also some particularities in English as spoken in New Zealand ?
We should continue this interesting discussion on another web board, because now we are far from our initial discussion about the ProDad bundle...

You are very correct in that -- and of course it is very noticeable to me, seeing as I am an Australian but now a permanent resident of New Zealand!!I suppose there are also some particularities in English as spoken in New Zealand ?
And you are also right that we should continue this conversation elsewhere...
