Cannot Install Certain Menu Packs or Title Packs

Yes, my computer has full administrator rights as I am the only one who uses this computer and was set up with administrator rights from the first install and reinstall of Windows 7 64 bit Professional. When I look at DVD templates there are 33 thumbnails and AVCHD has 27. Is this the right amount in each? Your post says there are 33 also. So maybe I have all of them but somehow the computer is returning this message in error. It is odd that when I try downloading them it goes all the way through unpacking and downloading them, but it returns the message at the beginning of this post. Odd behavior to say the least. Maybe I have everything.

Hi

If you have 33 Thumbnails and 27 for Bluray/Avchd then both menu packs have been installed.
I cannot remember the amount before installing but it practically doubles the available templates.
I have posted in the past with all details, I will try to find that post?
The actual menu gallery template files can be found here:-

C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Pro X6\Content\Menu Template
For Thumbnails (Scene Buttons) --- I believe upto 07_SceB07_W are existing all others are additional from menu packs.

Font downloads---
These are installed directly to Windows Font folder, I have no idea as to what is added.

Title downloads---
Populate Video Studio Title Library adding 10 clips for each installed. At least that’s how it was for earlier versions.

All downloads are saved to your pc here:-
C:\ProgramData\Corel\Downloads
Good luck in identifying them. The associated “dim_params.xml” can be opened in NotePad, the download link should show as X6.

But yes I have noticed a reference to X5 whilst installing, but as far as I know all install to the correct version, X6.

The message you showed in your first post relates to installing Service Packs, a bit of a confusion in the description, should indicate that the SP as already been installed.
Once you install any packs the download should not be available and showing as “installed” from the Do-More window

I am going to assume that everything is installed and go forward from here. Yes, as you stated, all of the downloads are greyed out and indicate installed in the do more, with the exception of the menu and title packs that return the message at the beginning of this post. I will keep my eye on things and see if the program's functionality is affected by all of this and post back if I do. For now, all is well. Thanks for all your assistance in this matter. Be well.
