PSPro X5 won't load plug-in's

PSPro X5 won't load plug-in's
Now I'm having problems with X5 not loading and making available the installed plug-in's. I have the KPT and the NIK Color Effect's 3.0 free filters installed. When I start X5 up and try to use those filters they are not available on the Effects menu. As far as I can tell the plug-in preferences are correct. Any idea's on how I fix this?
