I just saw a video on the Patch Tool in Photoshop and it does a great job at quickly patching areas in a photo. It lets you find a suitable area to replace an area that needs to be patched (replaced) and it can be done very quickly. Looks like in PaintPhop Pro X5 you can do a similar fix by using the Object Remover tool, but it is a much slower and tedious process. If you are restoring an old photograph and have multiple areas to fix (patch) the Object Remover Tool would take a long time.
Any ideas on how one could replicate the Photoshop Patch Tool in PSP, or at least speed up the process of replacing one area in a photo with another area.
Yes, I've used the Clone Tool, but this tool does not work well if the area you are replacing has a pattern to it.
Thanks
