VideoStudio X6 Installation ERROR

Re: VideoStudio X6 Installation ERROR
If you check out the "error" images I've uploaded above, the windows indicate X6 PRO on all, however, this time during installation the X6 ULTIMATE was written on it, so it is definitely NOT the same! If others have this issue or "doubts", then now I can confirm the "differences" for sure.
Thanks again!

HI MRG
I have followed your thread withinterest. One thing stands out to me and that is the fact that you say you have no System Restore points other than "today". That's not a lot of use to you if you get a problem so I would get that sorted if I were you. You caouls have saved yourself a lot of time if you had an earlier point to restore to. It's a bit off topic for this forum but if you would like some help with this, PM me and I will see what i can do. I regularly provide assistance pn the major Windows 7 Forum.

Re: VideoStudio X6 Installation ERROR
Hi
Apologies re the colour red to blue, my version shows as red having the version number 16.0.0.106.
Generally when you purchase Video Studio, Pro or Ultimate versions are the same having the same editing features
However…..
To complete the installation to Ultimate -- Corel provided a Bonus file at 1.3Gb, this contained the Ultimate files as listed earlier.
If your version was a boxed version, on disc, you will not be able to activate a trial version using your serial numbers, Trial versions can only be activated using a download version.
I would however recommend uninstalling any trials before installing the purchase version.
Forum Attachments.
The limit as far as I know is 256Kb image size.
If you resave the screen shot as jpeg and compress it to medium 50%, this should reduce the file sufficiently to attach regardless of the pixel dimensions allowing the viewer a larger image. Hope this helps
