I just bought VideoStudio Pro x6 from Amazon last night and got to tinkering around with it. I have a MP4 video that I imported in and half way through previewing it, the audio drops. The original plays all the audio fine, but VideoStudio just can't get past a certain point with the audio.
Any advice?
I copied this from my system info. Not sure what's needed:
I am on Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit (6.1 Build 7601)
Processor i7 CPU 920 @ 2.67GHz
Memory: 6144MB RAM
DirextX 11

Welcome to the forums!
Can you please right click on the file in question, and copy ALL its Properties here please (or post a screen shot of it).
Have you tried any other mp4's? Does the same thing happen?

Re: Lose audio on imported video half way
Hi,
Thanks for such a quick reply. This is my screenshot of the file in question. I also loaded up another MP4 and the same thing happened on the other video. It plays for 3 minutes and then the sound just suddenly drops for the rest of the video.
I loaded in an .avi video and the opposite happened. At first video was fine along with audio, but then the video froze and the audio continued. When I went back to preview from the beginning, the video stayed frozen. I'm wondering if the file is too large for my PC and the software to handle properly. The .avi was 4.31GBs.

Hi
We were asking for the properties as seen when using Video Studio.
You seem to have provided from windows explorer
Using Video Studio
From the timeline or library, right click your video file and select properties, post an image of the window
Thanks

Oh, sorry. Here's hopefully the right screenshot.
