Error message with video9

Hi

When I attempt to burn a dvd, i get the following error message:

Convert step got some problems (4101)

This is a trial version but I do have Video8

Any help would be great...

Found the problem. I deleted video8 and it obviously had some files on it that I needed to make Video9 work properly. Reinstalled it and all is fine now.
