VideoStudio installed to many times

ARRRR, it be not that dey be callin' me Red Beard, ARRRRR.....or playin' to me peg leg, crutch, and parrot "Jim Boy"; they be tellin' me I installed Corel Video Studio Pro 5x Ultimate too many times!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased VSP5XU in full in June 2012, together with insurance guaranteeing its download to me for two years to boot; in July 2012, just before Apple yanked Safari for Windows due to virus concerns, I had to reinstall my OS and eveything else due to a nasty malware; VSP5XU was downloaded to same PC again, and sat there just fine until two weeks ago, when another app caused need to reinstall OS; for two weeks now, on starting up VSP5XU, it gives me the "Trial" countdown box, and entering my key results in box dialogue that I've installed it beyond some unspecified limit! My receipts also show payment made to/negotiated by the real Corel; their site re my account continues to list my VSP5XU as "Software You Own" (note that not "LEASE") as well as the two-year insurance and registration key; Corel CSRs stand by this malarkey saying I must have misunderstood terms originally offered, entered into, and altered without Corel in-product message or other notice(s).

Booyah, I'll be using a different PAID app for sure...thought maybe you "mateys" might like to know how Corel answers people who can circumvent their "we'll give you social media cooties of being pirates unless you give us more money"...they'll call you a squatter unless REAL pirates are paid hush money!

Hmmmm...term "class action lawsuit" sound good to anyone, even if just the lawyers keep any settlement money, as long as Corel doesn't seem to care about staying in business or having customers anyway?
