VS X5 WON'T LOAD AFTER PATCH 2

Can anybody assist me please? I'm using VS X5 and have recently loaded patch #2. When I now open VS, I get an error message requesting I send a dump file to Corel (if indeed they had an email address I could find...). I have attempted to uninstall/reinstall the program but I get the same error message. Any assistance would be gratefully appreciated.

Interesting. I also installed service pack 2 but was able to continue using the program for a short period before receiving the same error mesage. I created a new post yesterday ( http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=50489 ) but haven't attempted to uninstall/reinstall just yet.

Hopefully someone here can give us some advice on how to remedy this problem.

Well the problem does seem to be affecting a few users, there is a similar post here

Not really been confirmed that SP2 is the culprit but does seem that way.

There have been similar start issues regarding a Browser Manager that I mentioned in the above post. http://forum.corel.com/EN/viewtopic.php ... er#p268340

I am running 15.2.0.10 with the patch installed, to date no problems..

Usually the only way to remove patches is to un-install the program, this has been tried but has not cured the run problem, which is why I do not think SP2 is at fault.
