Using GradFilter Plugin

Post by leahcimi »

I usually find the GradFilter very useful but there are times when I wish to darken a sky but the are foreground objects in the sky area too.

Does anyone know if there is a way to make the Grad operate on only the brighter parts of the image in a similar way to the Metagrad PhotoShop plugin from Xero Graphics?

see: http://www.xero-graphics.co.uk/metagrad/info.htm

Thanks

I think the only way to do this is to use a layer and mask out the stuff to be excluded from GradFilter.

Cheers,
