Without the zoom bar it is next to impossible to set up 'key frames' points.
Does anyone know what I can do to restore correct operation (hopefully without having to re-install VS X4)?

Without warning the zoom bar on the picture-in-picture editing window (see screen image below).
Without the zoom bar it is next to impossible to set up 'key frames' points.
Does anyone know what I can do to restore correct operation (hopefully without having to re-install VS X4)?
