I don't think anyone has come up with a direct e-mail address - best option is to go to Corel Support here :-
http://corel.force.com/support/cSelectP ... lang=en_US
and raise a ticket - for which you will have to pay - I have not used it myself but I think someone mentioned $20 - they then contact you.
Some users are having some success contacting technical support here :-

Re: Pro x5 crashes after patch #2 installed
Pro X5 crashes for me straight after loading after I installed SP2 patch. Even reinstalling and reverting to an older version gives me the
"This program has encountered an unspecified error and has stopped functioning. Please contact Corel Technical Support and send the dump file for analysis."
error.

I have the same problem and still no solution. VideoStudio X5 crashes during editing and rendering with an "unknown" error. Support advised to do a complete uninstall and new installation. But I still have the same problems.

Hi Guys
I would have thought re-installing Video Studio would remove the patches, so if you are still having problems I would not have thought it was due to the patch.
What is your version number now that you have re-installed, I assume you have not installed SP2.
What type of video files are you using.?
The render shows a % progress, At what point during rendering does the fault occur.
What do you have in the timeline at that point, and what filters have you applied.

I too have the same problem. VS x5 crashes on loading up and gives me the same error message. I've re-installed twice to no avail.

Re: Pro x5 crashes after patch #2 installed
I'm assuming VS worked before the patch. If you're using windows you could try and RESTORE to an earlier time.
Start/Accessories/System Tools/System Restore
other than that , you could try a system cleaner and a VS re-install without the patch

Don't know about the others, but I have used CCleaner.

Re: Pro x5 crashes after patch #2 installed
H Guys
I realise you have re-installed but can you try to Manually reset Corel® VideoStudio Pro X6 to Default Settings
Then try re-starting the program.
There is also an issue with the internet browser and the Browser Manager
000015088 - VideoStudio Pro X4/X5 failed to launch with crash error
You may also check out Project Manager re-this post
