In Edit, when I use Filter (FX) like Antishake, Sharpen etc. the sound for the clip disappears.

whilst it might be a simple question - from the fact that nobody has a reply for you it looks as though the answer is not so simple.

Does the sound disappear totally or can you hear it when you render the project to a new video? Does the audio not play in both Edit and Project mode, or only one of them? What format video are you using?

It was stupid of me. Replay after applying FX while still in FX mode cuts the sound out. But returning to the original Edit mode the sound reappears. So apparently, this problem is solved too. Thanks.
