Photo explorer is very slow. It opens very slowly and while working gets even more slow. When working with jpeg file, then after deleting 30-40 files I have to close PE and start it again, as else waiting time after typing "del" exceeds 30 seconds already.
My PC has 2.8 GHz P4 CPU and 512 Mb of RAM.
Does anyone has any ideas if there is any options to turn on/off to target this issue?

Photo Explorer should be one of Ulead's simplest programs already and should work properly especially with the pc specs that you have. You might want to try reinstalling the software to refresh the program files. This should do the trick...
