Activation FAILURE!!!!

I downloaded the trial version last night to see if I liked the program and I did. So this afternoon I went here: http://www.corel.com/corel/product/inde ... rod3430136 and bought the program. They sent me an email with a download link and a activation code. In the email they said if you have the trial version you dont need to download again and to just enter the activation code when I opened up the trial. Well I did and I got this error message:






My internet connection is fine and I turned off Norton. Still no luck. After doing a search online it seems many other people have had the exact same problem. A few had to uninstall the trial version and use the download link that Corel provided and it worked. So I uninstalled the trial version. Downloaded moviefactory 7 from Corels email. When I ran it I got the following error message:




I tried calling Corel but theyre off due to Easter. Does anyone know how to work around this problem?

Did you run the file or save it?
Best to save and then run from the saved file..

Of course, there may be a problem with Corel's server

Make sure you turn off all Anti-virus and firewall for installation, then turn it all back on again after.
