Wont play on dvd players, only on PC

Ive been messing with this problem for a while now and i cant figure out why it will play on my PC fine and in my living room DVD player but not in any of my other DVD players or my Xbox. I know my dvd players and Xbox is able to play burned DVDs because ive copied movies and they work fine.

Im really about to give up and i dont know why it wouldnt play on the others.

HELP!!

That's just DVD for you. Without any details given, what can anyone say. If it plays on one, I would say, can't be the program (VS). What media have you used for the other DVD copies that play on your other players? What else is different to the one that's giving you problems now?

ive never had a problem with the media i use. for instence, i copied a movie for my friend on a Staples DVD+R and it worked fine on my xbox. When i made a DVD (staples brand again) in WS it will not play on my xbox and gives me an error!

ive made like 10 coasters already. i even tried buring the VOB files in Nero and still wont work. Ive also tried different quality settings and different region settings. So somewhere where its compiling everything something isnt right.

Invest in a few DVD-RWs. First, they let you test run projects without creating coasters. Second, they are a slightly different format, so it would be interesting to see if these work on different players with the same ISO with which you are currently having problems.
