Can you save off or move some of the video clips in DVD MF S

I have a single MPG file that is too big for one DVD, just under 8G. Is there any way in the "Add/Edit Media" window or the "Multi-Trim Video" window to save half of it ot another MPG file? I looked through the Manual pdf and I did'nt see anything about it . I cant believe I'm the only one this has happened too.

On the add/edit screen, use the scissors on the bottom right of the display to split the video, then use the click the export icon to the left of the time line to export a clip or clips for later use so that you can delete them from the current project. You can then make additional projects of the exported clips.

John,

I looked every where for the "export icon" and I dont see it any where. Im running DVD MovieFactory 3 SE. I typed "Export" into the moviefactory help and the only thing was exporting DVD label. All that is to the left of the time line is the "delete " and "Information" buttons. I looked in all of the windows and dialogs and didnt find a thing.

Sorry. You did not give a version and the information that I gave relates to DVDMF4. Maybe a case for an update.
