For some reason I've lost all of the keyboard shortcuts. When I pull down a menu item, for instance FILE, the "Save As" item no longer has "CTRL-A" next to it. These shortcuts are gone for everything in PSP. Is there any way to get them back without either adding them all by hand or re-installing?
Thanks

Re: PSP X5 Lost keyboard shortcuts
Yes there is. Two methods in fact. Let's start with the easiest.
Go to View -> Customize
In the customize dialog click on the "Keyboard" tab and select "Reset All"
That's the easiest method. Though the fact that they all disappeared has me a little worried. It could mean a corrupted workspace file.
-------------------------------------------------------------
If that's the case there is a second method, but this resets the whole workspace inside of PSP. Essentially setting it back to "new" without reinstalling the software.
First save your workspace. If you've made a lot of changes to how PSP looks and is arranged, this method will reset everything. To save your workspace go to
File -> Workspace -> Save
Then close PSP. Open PSP from the desktop while holding the "SHIFT" key and double clicking with your mouse. It should ask if you want to reset to factory defaults. Say yes. And it'll reset everything. You can then reload your changes with your saved workspace file.
It's important to make sure you create a workspace file after you have PSP setup the way that you like it just in case something like this goes wrong. It makes it easy to restore settings, shortcuts, palette and toolbar positions, and everything. It's a really handy feature.
