Saving photos in their "zoomed-in" state

Post by Ronnie »

OK----I'm new and this is a daft question but.............I take a photo jpg from my PC, edit in Photo Express simply by "zooming in". I now want to save the "zoomed in" version back on my PC. I cannot find the way.
OK-----guffaw loudly: then please tell me  Ronnie

 I really appreciate the reply Heinz; but, as i've had this "toy" for 3 hours (LOL) , how do you "crop" please?? And when you HAVE cropped (if I ever do  ), will the image be able to be saved on my PC as the new "zoomed-in" image please? Sorry for being a dummy-----
and yeah, I should read the FAQ----but have you seen how many there are ???????????????? Thanks Ronnie/Pomland

Sorry Ronnie, I don't have PhotoExpress installed on my system, too basic for what I want. I should have a copy somewhere though that came with my WACOM graphic tablet. I'll have to find it and install before I can give you some advice on this.

As a rule, when you "zoom in" on something, all you do is change the the viewing angle. By cropping a picture and displaying it big enough again, you do the same.

Hope someone else, with better knowledge of your program, comes along to help.
