X5 Instant Effects

Hello,
The Instant Effects wont show up now, nothing show up at all under the drop down menu. I have uninstalled X5 and re installed and it showed up to work for a couple of times and now has dissapeared again. I have written Corel with my 90 warranty still viable, have not heard back yet.
Have installed the service pack 2 is there something else that needs installing to get this to show up again? It used to be able to undo when it was working, but it did not lately. I see others have the same issue with it..

It's always worth a try to reset the program's Preferences. This Corel article explains how:

Thanks, I shall try that. Have not heard back from Corel after they said they were looking into it.
