I am new to the forum as I am having so many problems with the product. FIrst of all, the product is amazing. I am really happy I have got the Ultimate edition
My problem is...ProDad effects. I get error messages each time when trying to apply any of them. I have uninstalled all the effects, then reinstalled. Uninstalled VIdeostudio X6, then reinstalled, and installed again the Prodad one by one rather than using "install all" - again same error.
I have taken screenshots of the message I am getting. So that maybe someone can help on here.
I cannot seem to use technical support even as when I put my code that I got for activation - which was only 2 weeks ago, it says error and that the code is for "pinnacle".
SO I am scr..ed. Its awful. I have this product and I cant seem to get any help or support at all ...I am at a loss on what to do.

All the effects of Prodad come up with this same error. They are installed in the correct place. I am at a real loss on what the problem is. If anyone needs any further system info, please let me know.
Please can someone help...and if any Corel reps are reading, I would like my 90 day support for tech issues but why this error message when I submit my 9 digit code, that I have on my account?
